All webshop orders from The Urbanista are shipped via PostNL. The packages that PostNL collects at the end of each working day are sorted overnight and delivered the next day. Also on Saturday! You will receive an email from us with the tracking number when your package has been delivered by PostNL to the sorting point. This message usually comes during the evening. On the delivery day itself, you will receive a message containing the planned delivery time to the nearest hour.
POSTAGE COSTS
You pay a contribution per order for preparing the order for shipment and delivering it. For every order under €50, a standard shipping contribution of €3.99 (letterbox package) or €5.99 (parcel) will be charged. From €50 shipping is FREE within the Netherlands!

You can also choose to collect your order from our store in Alkmaar, which is free. You can select this option when checking out. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
